Greens and creatine are perfect. Note the protein powder is fairly grainy and would recommend mixing as a smoothie/bowl rather than a shake.

The supplements seem great however I do find the protein powder too sweet. Would be more interested in a non sweetened version, even unflavoured, as I prefer to add fruits etc for my protein smoothies and dislike the flavour of the stevia.

This is my first time ordering from Thrive and I wanted to buy from a local Ontario company, I like that it’s a family owned business. Order was easy and delivered very quickly with everything as promised. Price point is good, especially bundled. I love the vanilla milkshake whey protein powder. It’s really good quality and tastes great. I like to blend it with almond milk and a banana. This is my first time taking creatine, so I can’t comment too much on that other than it is good quality and doesn’t upset my stomach. Seems to give me more energy. I mix it in with my protein shake. I only just tried the mango pineapple greens and although I don’t care for the taste when mixed with water alone, I will experiment with smoothies.
