Great Taste and pretty clean formulation.

We've been looking for an electrolyte mix and found Thrive Hydrate based on positive reviews. Took a chance on the blue raspberry flavour and everyone in the family enjoyed it. We tried other comparable products, but ended up coming back to Thrive as we found it to be the one everyone liked most. My kids like to drink it after soccer as the flavour reminds them of blue freezies, just without the sugar. Thrive being a family run Canadian business is a bonus.

I’ve been using the hydration e for a week or so now and I can really feel a difference when I take it.

My husband and I have just started thrive ultimate greens, we both really love the two flavors of our first purchase (peach tea and cherry)! I saw a similar American brand of thrive and was determined to find something as good or better made here in Canada 🍁 and I compared the two...I believe thrive is better! I'm looking forward to trying other flavors!

I was struggling to find a protein powder that does not give me bloating , tried a couple and this one works perfect for me ! :)

One of the best things about this product is the taste. Despite the directions guiding to mix with a plant based milk and water...I use just water.

The flavour is mild and easy to enjoy.

Using just water allows me to be disciplined about my calorie deficit, and not sneaking in extra calories by adding plant based milk.( not that there are a ton, but 50-100 calories are still calories).

I have mixed it with various almond milks etc. When I achieve my health goals or as a treat I will definitely follow the directions and fully enjoy this product as suggested.

Started this new product out after being a regular on the Vega berry electrolyte hydration powder. Overall I’m pleased with this product (watermelon) and have used it a few times at the gym. I’m very curious to see how effective it is in mitigating cramps that I get often playing soccer given its relatively higher sodium content. Flavour is nice, blends well with water. Will buy again.

It’s green powder with lots of ingredients that sound healthy, I take it and feel good, almost ultimate, and when I don’t take it I don’t feel as ultimate.
