Super soft, and naturally sweetened, these cake-like bites are so good! They make for the perfect pre or post-workout snack. They are like a cross between banana bread, and a cookie!
Ingredients

¾ cup (100g) Thrive Vanilla Plant-Based Protein

½ cup (60g) All-purpose flour
- 5 tbsp of natural sweetener (stevia, erythritol, or monk fruit)
- 1 tsp baking powder

2 medium very ripe bananas
- 6 tbsp of coconut oil
- 2 tbsp aquafaba (or 1 egg white)

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Line a baking tray with baking parchment.
Mix all the dry ingredients together and whisk to combine.
Gently melt the coconut oil.
Mash the bananas until smooth.
Mix the coconut oil, banana, and aquafaba together and whisk to combine.
Add the wet mix into the dry ingredients and combine.
Shape the dough into bite sized balls.
Bake for 12-14 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
