Is this program right for you?
This guide is tailored for a variety of experience levels. If you’ve worked out before, but lack a proper structured program, this guide is perfect for you. However, if you have never worked out before or have very limited knowledge of how to lift weights, it’s important to dedicate time to learning the exercises properly. This could involve mimicking the form demonstrated in the videos, doing independent learning, or working with a certified trainer (options for this within the guide).
