Everything blends up well with water and tastes great. Will definitely buy again.

I have been mixing all of the Thrive products together each morning with
2 raw eggs and 400ml of 2% milk . I am 54 and feeling better than I have in years.
I have always been energetic but this is just ridiculous lol .
I rate the Thrive products 10 out of 10 . :) very satisfied
